Independent research.
Primary sources. No agenda.
Signal-Q publishes investor research on Infleqtion (INFQ) and the public quantum sector. Every claim traces back to a primary source. Nothing here is investment advice.

About the author
Jordan Polevoy spent over a decade on the institutional side of finance — first as a hedge fund trader, then as a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley — before stepping back from Wall Street to invest independently. That background shapes everything about how Signal-Q operates: the same rigour applied to institutional-grade research, without the constraints of compliance walls, client mandates, or consensus pressure.
Signal-Q was built on a simple premise: the most interesting opportunities in small-cap quantum investing are hiding in plain sight inside SEC filings, government contract databases, and patent records that almost nobody is reading. The edge isn't information — it's the willingness to do the work.
Jordan has no affiliation with Infleqtion, its management, or any of its investors. No compensation has been received from any party for any publication on this site.
How research is done here
Primary sources first
Every factual claim in Signal-Q research traces to a primary source: SEC filing, earnings call transcript, patent database, SBIR/STTR award, government contract announcement, or court record. If it's not sourced, it's explicitly labeled as opinion or interpretation.
No press release analysis
Corporate press releases are marketing materials. They are occasionally referenced to note what a company is claiming, but they are not treated as evidence. Management guidance and investor presentations are treated with the same skepticism.
Explicit about position and conflicts
The author holds a long position in INFQ. This creates an obvious conflict of interest. All research should be read with that in mind. The goal is to publish analysis that would be useful to a skeptical reader — but you should still do your own work.
Falsifiable claims only
Research themes are stated as specific, falsifiable theses. Each has defined conditions under which it would be proven wrong. Vague bullishness with no identifiable failure condition is not research — it's cheerleading.
Updates when wrong
When a thesis is invalidated by new information, that will be published explicitly. Not quietly updated, not quietly deleted. The track record is part of the product.
